Jealousy is a mystery. Usually we don’t talk about it and even less often we try to decode the complex structure and put it down from its terrifying throne. In the most guidebooks it is being characterized as a negative and evil „feeling“. As a result most people feel bad and get the feeling that they are failing.

Not in this workshop.

By decoding what stands behind jealousy, we can encounter and approach our fears and anxieties. The focus will lie on a first meeting between you and your jealousy. The most important questions will be: What falls under jealousy? What are the broad categories of jealousy? And how can I get a little closer to a „befriending jealousy“ approach?

In this workshop you will:

  • Get the chance to understand and decode your jealousy through different exercises and individual work
  • Develop a befriending approach to jealousy and hopefully a softer approach to yourself and your inner world
  • Learn the important difference between jealousy and envy
  • Learn tools on how to navigate your jealousy
