A beginner friendly workshop for everyone interested in exploring what pain means to them, what options there are and how to make it pleasurable (if you want it to be!).

In this workshop we will be doing a short guided pain exploration exercise. We will ask invite you to bring (if you want) a pain inducing tool of your choice

The class will cover:

  • An intro to pain and it’s cultural complexities: is all pain “bad”?
  • What is my body doing?
  • Some options and things you can do to cause pain.
  • What is pain processing?
    • Styles and approaches to pain
    • Strategies to process pain
  • To suffer for others, D/s and pain
  • Discipline and punishment as forms of exploring pain
  • Aftercare, drop and consent
  • Labbing demo from a somatic and narrative approach
    • Guided pain exploration
  • Negotiation demo for a session

I’m a transmasculine GNC boi from Buenos Aires, Argentina, I work as a sex and bdsm educator, I’m the co-funder of a collective (Kinky Vibe Argentina) that hosts queer and kinky events, owns a digital Sex Shop and independent press oriented to LGTBIQANB+ people. I’m also a sex worker (pro domme), performer and shibari enthusiast that has been bottoming rope for almost 10 years.
