This class is a full introduction to partial suspension.

It is designed for riggers who feel confident tying on the floor and are ready to expand their practice into partial suspension, as well as for those who already explore partial and wish to deepen their understanding, refine their knowledges, and gain greater confidence.

What We Will Do

Throughout this class, we will develop structural thinking:

  • How do you assess whether a harness is suspension-ready?
  • What questions should guide you when building a harness that will carry load?
  • How does tension travel through a tie?

We will also focus on suspension lines:

  • How to attach them ?
  • How to manage and lock them efficiently

A dedicated part of the workshop will explore lifts:

  • How to lift up someone safely and progressively
  • What to do if your partner is heavier than you?

For the person being tied, this workshop is also an invitation to explore the new sensations and emotions that can arise!
