Desire mapping is a guided exploration of your desires, boundaries, and how to express them confidently with others. Led by Ceci, a skilled sex therapist, this session offers a safe space to navigate common questions and challenges around sexuality, personal needs, and communication about sexuality.
Through reflective exercises, group discussion, and shared insights, you’ll learn how to tune into your desires, identify your boundaries, and express them authentically. Whether you’re looking to deepen your self-awareness, improve communication in intimate relationships, or work through confusion around sexual wants, this workshop is a powerful starting point.
This workshop is inclusive, trauma-informed, and open to individuals of all genders, orientations, and relationship structures. You will be asked to work in small groups and pairs with other participants.
What to expect from this workshop:
– Understand and embrace your desires
– Define your boundaries and learn how to recognize when they come up spontaneously
– Learn to communicate desires and boundaries both in theory and practice
Who should attend:
