


In this session, we’ll experience how purrrfect simple touch can feel for ourselves and others. We’ll start with a grounding solo touch meditation and then move into a guided exploration in pairs or trios of different qualities of touch on different parts of the body and find what feels good. What feels grounding/calming? What feels playful? What feels hot as fuck?

Minimum knowledge level: Basic boundaries and consent–but we’ll also touch on it in the workshop

What to bring: Comfy clothing, a journal or other tool if they need it/find it useful for processing/expressing themselves.
