


Ginger will show about how they their body as a rigger with a series of beginner friendly exercises. They will cover how to maintain connection at different distances as well as how to be heavy, close and not afraid to use your whole body.
There is so much stigma around touching and being touched by fat bodies. So much so that it can create a sense of distance, tentativeness and even fear when we do rope. They will also integrate how to challenge negative self perception with open conversations about how our bodies feel when we tie together
