


In this guided self-tying session, Ceci Ferox will guide you through a gentle self-tying experience, helping you reconnect with your body and sense of presence. he session will start with an emotional check-in and end in collective aftercare and sharing to give your solo practice some community support.
In this session, you have the freedom to choose how you want to tie, with Ceci offering guidance to help focus your mind and inspire your process. Whether you’re new to self-tying or have experience, the aim is to create a calm space where you can explore at your own pace. If you’re just starting out, Ceci will demonstrate an easy way to get going, so you’ll feel supported no matter your skill level.
Session structure:
– Check-in together in the chat or on microphone
– Ceci shows you how to get started with tying in a very simple way
– Rope meditation, including a body scan, intention setting, and sensory connection to the rope
– Guided session with free tying and input from Ceci
– Check-out and aftercare plans
