Face down positions are one of the hardest to achieve while self suspending. It’s very tricky to manage suspension lines behind your back. This workshop will solve that problem for you.
Join to learn the easy trick that will make face down self suspensions simple. On the way, you will also learn some harnesses and body handling. This is a tie-along workshop, and Ceci will wait for you to have your harnesses ready before starting the suspension. The process is easier if you can have your camera on. You need some flexibility, as you will tie frictions on your lower ribcage in the back.
You will need enough rope for making a chest harness (1.5-2.5 ropes), a thigh harness or two (1-2.5 ropes), plus 3 suspension lines.
