This workshop aims to delve into the multifaceted dynamics of abstention. Participants will engage in open dialogue and critical reflection to understand abstention not as a mere absence of sexual activity, but as a deliberate and valid expression of one’s sexual agency and autonomy.
Through interactive activities, group discussions, and guided reflections, participants will explore the motivations behind abstention, the challenges individuals may face in asserting this choice, and the various forms of intimacy and connection that can be fostered outside traditional sexual practices.
