Topography of Bodies

Touch meditation solo, partnered, or in a small group. We will explore the landscapes of bodies through touch, keeping our eyes closed to explore new terrains. The meditation will include a moment of negotiation, guided touching, and aftercare.

Format: guided session

Minimum knowledge level: You need to be able to set intentions and boundaries for touch and you know how you prefer to express boundaries during touch (verbal, safewords, non-verbal).

Accessibility: We will be sitting or laying on the floor for the duration of the class. Movement is possible at all moments.
