In this class, Apikoros talks about vulnerability as a technical skill. In a series of participation based exercises, they draw on approaches from theatrical and movement arts to lead participants through intentional ways of communicating and experiencing vulnerability. In particular, Apikoros will focus on posture, movement, stance, and footwork as ways of modulating experiences of stability and instability.
