The “Up in the air” workshop bundle is a gentle and gradual way to get up in the air. It consists of three parts: part I: locking suspension lines, part II: supportive harnesses, and part II: lift off (either in person or virtual). Tying is done in pairs, but you can also get ideas for your self suspension practice. The final part can be joined online or in person. When you get a ticket for all three parts, you will receive a 10% discount at checkout. You can also get a ticket for any of the workshops individually.
Part III: Lift Off Together (in-person in Berlin)
The final part of the Up in the air workshop bundle combines the parts we have worked on before. We will use the chest and hip harness together with some single column ties to create a face up suspension and a side suspension. You will also learn how to collaborate and communicate with your partner. Switching is only possible between exercises. This is the in-person option for the final part of the series.
Topics:
– Ergonomic lifting for suspension
– Face up suspension
– Side suspension
– Collaboration and communication in suspension
