Explore collaborative suspension techniques that work with different body types and strength levels. Learn modular lifting methods, smart mechanical advantage techniques, and partner-based strategies that make suspension more accessible regardless of size or strength differences between rigger and bottom.

Minimum knowledge level: Intermediate / advanced. Sold understanding of at least partial suspension

Maximum amount of participants: 12-14 participants

What to bring: Full rope kit/8-10 ropes safety scissors, etc.
