This workshop will teach you some practical ties to use for your spicy, genital-oriented times.
Ceci will teach you the crab tie and how to attach limbs to beds or chairs. You will also learn how to make a harness for your toys, so bring your favourite ones! We will explore how to set up an erotic mood for your play and what to take into consideration with consent. This workshop takes a queer perspective on sexual tying.
The workshop is based on practical tying exercises and conversations. We will be fully dressed and no hand to genital or genital to genital contact will happen. You will learn skills to take full advantage of outside of the workshop setting. You will need to be able to tie a single column tie fluently. We have ropes to borrow if you don’t have your own. We will have a short snack break during the workshop.

Minimum Knowledge Level: You are confident with your single and double-column ties and can fluently tie your preferred frictions. You are able to control your rope tension. You can effectively and safely communicate with your partner about safety and boundaries.
What to Bring: At least 3 ropes suitable for shibari style tying.

Accessibility Note
The workshop is held in spoken English. German can also be provided. The space, KARA, is on the ground floor but has three steps to enter the house. A ramp for wheelchairs is available at all times. There is also a parking space available right in front of the door if needed. KARA has an accessible bathroom available. There are no thresholds in the entire house. The garden is only partially accessible at the moment. During the workshop, we will sit on the floor. Sitting in a chair can also be provided.
