Let’s slow down together and end the week/welcome the weekend with some soft body contact and co-regulation.
Whether you’re an experienced cuddle slut or curious about how to cuddle with people you don’t know, this session will provide some gentle guidance into a cozy cuddle puddle. We’ll double down on the coziness with a quiet storytime from a queer children’s book in which nothing bad ever really happens.
To make this a safe and comfortable space for more people, this event is non-sexual and we want to be careful about the ways in which it will interact with our senses. With this in mind, please wear soft, comfortable clothing and refrain from wearing any fragrances. You’ll be asked at the start of the session to remove jewelry, and things from your pockets that might not be comfortable for others to be in sustained contact with.
How it works
• Nerdy chat about cuddling for co-regulation rather than foreplay
• More nerdy chat about cuddling with people you don’t know
• Examples of consent in a cuddle puddle
• Gentle guidance into the cuddle puddle
• Storytime
• Cuddling in silence or with soft music
• Gentle guidance out of the cuddle puddle
• Optional sharing/integration time
