Whether or not to end a relationship is sometimes one of the most difficult decisions in life. No one can make that decision for you, but there are factors we can look at to make it easier. Whether or not to end a relationship is sometimes one of the most difficult decisions in life. No one can make that decision for you, but there are factors we can look at to make it easier. How do we feel around people who bring us joy, lift us up and support us to become the person we want to be? How do we feel differently towards relationships that do the exact opposite of that? How do we idenfity essential needs that we have in our relationships with others? And what are potential red flags and boundaries we need to explore a bit more in order to decide whether or not to end a relationship?

What We Will Do in this Workshop

Yaniv will guide you through different perspectives and possible ways to look at a break up and let’s gain some clarity about your own needs. Besides compatibility, fighting patterns and general dynamics that make a long lasting, sustainable relationship, we want to explore the potential beauty of a breakup.
