Open and Closed: an exercise for creativity and pleasure

13. February 2025, 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

This warm up session offers guided exercises to experiment with the feelings and subtleties of positioning, emotions, and movements of being opened and closed. Find new possibilities, play with curiosity and be inspired by one another. We will explore the interplay between restriction and freedom, compression and expansion, and the feelings that come with them.
