Controlled Tightness: Mastering Rope Tension for Impact

In this session, Gombé will guide participants through techniques for adjusting and managing rope tension to give the bottom a profound sense of restriction and pressure. The focus will be on safe yet effective methods to enhance the intensity of floorwork. The class will also cover essential rope-handling skills for achieving precise and intentional constriction.
