Queer Intimacies, ist a 2-day conference that explores the complex and diverse landscape of queer(ing) sex, kink, and intimaticies. This gathering brings together theorists, practitioners, and participants to delve into the nuances of queer intimacies, bridging academic insights with lived experiences.
Through a series of workshops, and discussions, participants will engage with topics like consent, pleasure, queering sexual experiences, playing and working with kink, power dynamics, and non-normative ideas of intimacies. Whether you’re an academic, an activist, or simply curious, Queer Intimacies offers an inquisitive, intersectional and interdisciplinary space to celebrate and critically examine the many forms that queering sex, kink and intimate relating can take.
