Limitations are often seen as something to work around or adapt, you can’t do that exact thing so how do you do the thing closest to it… but what if these are the perfect moments to come up with something even better, more creative, bizarre and unique stuff.

If we notice when we get caught up in not being able to do the exact thing we imagined… and instead ask ourselves what we are actually trying to create, what we are seeking, what or why we attach to certain ties/ positions/ types of play. We could instead be using limitations of bodies/spaces/rules as an invitation to play and take agency to find surprising new ways of approaching what we think we want…
