Although rope practice is not considered a sport, it can nonetheless be an intense — even extreme — physical activity for the body.

In this talk, Juliette will focus specifically on hand health for riggers. Drawing from her experience as someone living with chronic hand pain caused by rope practice, she proposes a more preventive and adaptive approach to tying. Alongside sharing her personal experience, she will demonstrate a warm-up routine to prepare the hands before tying, as well as practical tips for rope handling techniques that help reduce strain and stress on the hands during sessions.
