The Horny Muse

29. June 2025, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm

What images, what words go through our head when we are feeling sexual ? Except in Laclos’s LIAISONS DANGEREUSES, we seldom write while being sexually active. In this workshop, we’ll look for ways to produce texts — love and sex poems — in a context of sexual arousal. These explorations can be done alone or in any configuration.

Format: hands-on workshop

Minimum knowledge level: You are able to set boundaries. You are prepared to coregulate emotions coming up through aftercare.

Maximum amount of participants: 14

What to bring: All tools that can contribute to sexual arousal are welcome.

Constellations: all constellations welcome

Can I watch?  no

Accessibility:  we will be on the floor

Facilitator

Vanasay Khamphommala (she/her)

Vanasay Khamphommala (ວັນນະໄຊ ຄຳພົມມາລາ) wanted to be an opera singer and did not manage to become an academic: she now does dramaturgy and performance. Her work questions European mythologies from a queer and decolonial perspective.
