Join Ceci in exploring all you need to start self-suspension: safety, locking suspension lines, and easy suspendable harnesses.
We will work close to the ground and easily, so you can attend the event even if you don’t have a spotter. This is a tie-along workshop. If you don’t have a suspension point, you can practice the harnesses and suspension line lock-offs without going up in the air.

Minimum Knowledge Level: You can fluently tie along while learning new patterns. You already know a harness or two by heart.

Class recording: Yes. No participants will be recorded. You will have access to the recording for 14 days after the live class.

The workshop and discussion are held in spoken English with automated captions in English which Zoom provides. Communication within the class can be via chat, but people can also come on mic and speak.
