Kim Lee

Kim Lee (she/her) is a creative, twisted dominant who currently lives in Austin, TX. She has been a domme for well over a decade and a rope enthusiast for the last five years. Her rope journey began shortly after she joined the Austin kink community and it’s been an incredible (and oftentimes painful) process of self-discovery. She is a leader of the local group Austin Rope Slingers, a member of the Steering Committee for the North American Rope Innovation Exchange (NARIX), and greatly enjoys teaching at various other events such as RopeCraft, SAADE, and DFW KEW. She is best known for her rope work as a decorative rope top and a self-suspender, but power exchange will always be her favorite form of kink.

The traditional Five Love Languages are words of affirmation, touch, quality time, acts of service, and gifts. Kim would like to propose a sixth Love Language of trust which can be explored intentionally through power exchange. We will discuss strategies for using control as a way to express affection in both a relationship dynamic and kink play.

Allowing another person to make your decisions can be a beautiful way to show how much you love and appreciate them. And on the flip side, showing your partner that you can keep their wellbeing as a priority while you exercise that privilege is a way to return that consideration.

For the dominant folks, we will focus on vulnerability through commands, restraint, and personalization of joy and suffering. For the submissive folks, we will focus on strong communication skills, attention to detail, and letting your dominant take control over low intensity decisions. Come join us on this thought-provoking journey of discovery!
