Of course it’s easy to find a struggle between pain and more pain… or get into fancy predicaments with a suspension point. But what about pain and pleasure? Or exposure and endurance? Balance and consequence?
And all on the floor or in a chair! Using minimal rope we will set up situations that we can tinker with to find intentional intensity without someone fully shutting down or needing to tap out in 30 seconds. Expect lots of experimenting and finding what works individually for different bodies and dynamics.
