Alert! Our sexual bodies have been hijacked by mainstream media and culture.
From porn scripts to wellness trends to productivity-style pleasure tips, we’re constantly told how our bodies should look, feel, and respond. This 3-hour virtual workshop is an invitation to interrupt those messages, unlearn harmful myths, and reclaim pleasure on your own terms.
Join Ceci for a live, interactive online experience focused on embodied pleasure, curiosity, and self-trust. Together, we’ll explore what science actually says about pleasure and arousal, how our bodies and nervous systems work, and why so many of us feel disconnected from sensation, desire, or enjoyment. This isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering what’s already available when the pressure comes off.
The workshop is experiential and playful. Through guided practices, we’ll experiment with breath, sound, movement, attention, and imagination to inhabit our bodies more fully. Expect moments of awkwardness or feeling a little weird (a feature, not a bug). We’ll explore pleasure as something expansive and personal, not limited to genitals or goal-oriented outcomes.
There will also be space for optional reflection and sharing. You’re invited to name insights, ask questions, and celebrate discoveries, while helping create a temporary online bubble of acceptance where all identities, bodies, and expressions are welcome.
What we’ll cover
- How mainstream culture, porn, and performance narratives shape (and limit) our experience of pleasure
- What current science says about pleasure, arousal, and the nervous system
- Expanding pleasure beyond genitals, orgasm, and “doing it right”
- Practices for sensing, noticing, and inhabiting your body more fully
- Building self-trust and choice in intimate experiences
- Bringing curiosity and play back into pleasure
Important practical notes
- This is a fully clothed workshop
- There is no genital touching
Think of this as a “dry run”: safe, structured practices that help you build awareness and confidence to bring into your own intimate life later. The real wet happens elsewhere.
The 3 hours will include short lecture segments, guided solo and partnered exercises (adaptable for joining solo), group discussion, and breaks. You can participate from your own space, at your own pace. All exercises can be adapted to different bodies, abilities, and access needs, and opting out is always welcome.
Who this workshop is for
- Anyone curious about reconnecting with pleasure with more ownership and agency
- People who feel disconnected, stuck, numb, or overly in their head around sex or pleasure
- Folks wanting to unlearn shame, performance pressure, or “shoulds” around desire
- People interested in science-informed, body-based approaches to pleasure
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are — curious, skeptical, excited, nervous, or all of the above — with a willingness to explore and question what you’ve been taught about pleasure.

More Information
LGBTQIA+ describes the full spectrum of non-mainstream sexual orientation and/or gender identity, meaning: lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer/fluid, queer, intersex, asexual, aromantic, agender.
Friends describe people of any and all kinds of gender and sexual identities who are aware and respectful of the necessity, needs, and boundaries of a queer space and its marginalized community.
When you consider yourself a friend you show acknowledgement to and are respectful of everyone's self-expression and do not assume, presume or project non-consensual ideas onto others. You actively request and use people's chosen pronouns. You remain mindful of the fact that Karada House is first and foremost a space for queer people that you are also invited to attend. You have a genuine concern for the well-being of LGBTQIA+ people and remain in awareness of heterosexual and gender-straight privileges.
Friends don't have to be perfect. None of us are. We request that we all proactively work and strive to be good friends and allies to marginalized people.
After your successful ticket purchase, you will be sent an email with the Zoom login data for this event. If you do not receive it, message us with your order number so we can send it again. Some email services "disappear" our messages so please check if you received our login data email.
If this session includes a recording you can obtain it by simply purchasing a ticket. You will automatically get access to the live class and the recording as they come in a package. The recording login data will be sent out 24–48h after the live event and will be available for (at least) 14 days after the live event. Please note these classes are places for experience, not for instruction. Nothing here is tested or graded — only perceived, felt, and shared. All offerings are invitations to reflect — no curriculum, no exam, no training. Recordings exist solely to support personal integration and are available only for a limited time.
Yes, because you are paying for the knowledge our facilitators distribute, not for the access to Zoom itself. We kindly ask you to respect that and pay accordingly.
Before purchasing a solidarity ticket, please check here if you are eligible for one.
If you cannot afford this event, please check the ticket option "solidarity" for reduced ticket prices. If that is still too much or they are out of stock, feel free to send us a message via info@karada-house.de.
