Explore shame play in a self-reflective and trauma aware way. Whether you are taking your first steps or already have experience, this workshop will give you something to play with. We will do some writing and conversations to define what we want to work on and what is off limits. Ceci will share some easy ways to get started. Then you will negotiate a session and try it out. We will have time for some aftercare during the workshop.

You don’t have to know you’re into shame play to attend this workshop – all that is needed is curiosity, this is your place to figure it out!

What to Expect

  • A trauma-aware and self-reflective approach to exploring shame play
  • Guided writing and group conversation to clarify personal boundaries, desires, and limits
  • Practical tools and playful ideas from Ceci to help you start or deepen your exploration
  • A chance to negotiate and engage in a shame play session
  • Built-in aftercare time to process experiences and reconnect
  • A supportive, non-judgmental space where consent and communication are central

Who Should Come

  • LGBTQIA+ people only
