Explore shame play in a self-reflective and trauma aware way. Whether you are taking your first steps or already have experience, this workshop will give you something to play with. We will do some writing and conversations to define what we want to work on and what is off limits. Ceci will share some easy ways to get started. Then you will negotiate a session and try it out. We will have time for some aftercare during the workshop.
