The topic of breath is a primal/ auto-response of the physical body and at the same time, a fear mixed with desire of the emotional body.
What could you possibly do with such a base bodily function?

This extend version of Caritia’s hands on workshop, will take participants on an experiential exploration through internal and external spaces using breath, movement and power dynamics, from a consensual informed place. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged. We will collaborate to create a safe(r) space for all who choose to attend.
What will happen:
– meditation to ground & arrive
– introductions.
– sharing in respect to, wants, desires & needs
– intention setting
– looking at different breath techniques
– health & safety
– verbal & non verbal cues
– deep dive into the why’s, & how’s of this intimate, challenging and intricate form of play
What you need to know:
You are invited to attend alone, with another, or in an appropriate constellation for you. You are welcome to attend as a complete beginner or as a seasoned explorer of the topic, Caritia aims to give new creative input to all who choose to join. Participants are welcome to bring any props or items that will help them to facilitate their own learning.
