SUMMARY:Why the Sex Isn’t Working (and What to Do About It)\, Part III: Fuck
DESCRIPTION:A three-part series for couples and polycules\, exploring the most common places where sex breaks down\, and how to rebuild with intention\, honesty\, and skill. \nGrounded in sex therapy and informed by kink-aware\, queer-inclusive practice\, this series looks at sex not as an isolated act\, but as something shaped by conflict\, connection\, and relationship. \nJuly 16th: Part 1 – Fight\nWhen sex isn’t working\, it’s often not about sex. \nThe first part of the series looks at the conflicts\, tensions\, and relational patterns that block desire and connection. We’ll explore how resentment\, misaligned expectations\, communication breakdowns\, and unspoken needs show up in intimate spaces. \nYou’ll learn how to identify the actual fight you’re having (hint: it’s rarely about the surface issue)\, and how to engage conflict in a way that creates connection instead of distance\, and safety instead of resentment. We’ll work with tools for tenderness\, empathy\, and staying present in difficult conversations\, negotiation\, and boundary setting. \nJuly 30th: Part 2 – Fun\nBefore sex can work\, the relationship needs to feel alive. \nWhen everything becomes logistical\, tense\, or goal-oriented\, intimacy often follows suit. This workshop focuses on the role of play\, fun\, lightness\, and connection outside of sex\, and how their absence can quietly erode desire. \nWe’ll explore how partners lose access to shared joy\, and what it takes to rebuild it. What creates a sense of “us”? How do playfulness\, curiosity\, and mutual enjoyment show up in everyday interactions? And how can you reintroduce them without it feeling forced or performative? \nThis session is about widening the lens: seeing sex as something that grows out of the overall tone of a relationship\, not something that can be fixed in isolation. \nAugust 13th: Part 3 – Fuck\nOnce conflict is addressed and connection is alive\, how do we actually do sex in a way that works? \nThis workshop focuses on the experience of sex itself: arousal\, pacing\, communication during intimacy\, and the role of play within sex. We’ll explore how to move away from scripts and expectations\, and toward something more responsive\, collaborative\, and alive. \nWhat makes sex feel fun\, engaging\, and connected in the moment? How can we understand and embrace each other’s sexual blueprints? And how do we navigate mismatched desire\, shifting arousal\, or things not going according to plan? \nExpect honest conversations about bodies\, variability\, and the realities of sex\, along with tools to build attunement\, flexibility\, and shared enjoyment. This is where the pieces come together: not perfect sex\, but sex that actually works for the people having it. \nWhat to expect\n\nA structured\, three-part approach: conflict (Fight)\, relational connection (Fun)\, and sexual experience (Fuck)\nReal-time conversations and exercises with your partner(s)\nInsight into how non-sexual dynamics (resentment\, disconnection\, routine) shape sexual difficulties\nTools for navigating difficult conversations\, rebuilding connection\, and shifting relational patterns\nExploration of play\, curiosity\, and responsiveness – both in relationships and in sex\nHonest\, practical discussion of how sex actually works and how to take agency\n\nWho it’s for\n\nLGBTQIA+ couples and polycules feeling stuck\, frustrated\, or disconnected in their sex lives\nPeople who want to work on things actively — not just get information and techniques\nThose open to reflecting on their role in relational and sexual dynamics\nKink-aware\, queer\, and non-normative folks looking for inclusive\, applicable frameworks\nAnyone interested in building sex that feels more connected\, flexible\, and alive rather than scripted

SUMMARY:Queer Kink Camp
DESCRIPTION:This three-day\, boot camp style immersive weekend supports you at the beginning of your kink journey. \nPart playshop\, part skills education\, and part experiencing\, the Queer Kink Camp blends learning with doing. You will be supported by Caritia and Ceci through guided workshops\, hands-on practice\, and facilitated play spaces. All activities are grounded in consent\, community\, and care. \nPractically\, we will have two and a half structured days with space for both learning and doing\, and shared lunch. If you want the full camp experience\, you can sleep at the house for a small extra fee (write us at info@karada-house.de). \nThis camp is for you if you are:\n\nKink-curious\, new to BDSM\, or looking to build strong foundations\nInterested in learning through a mix of education\, practice\, and experience\nSeeking a queer-centered space that prioritizes consent\, communication\, and care\n\nNo prior kink experience is required. You do not need to have a partner\, a specific role\, or a clear list of interests to attend. All activities are optional\, and there are multiple ways to participate. \nFriday: orientation & first steps\nThe first evening of Queer Kink Camp is about arriving: into the space\, into your body\, and into the group. \nWe’ll begin with camp orientation\, outlining shared agreements around consent\, communication\, boundaries\, and community care\, as well as what to expect over the three days. You’ll meet the facilitators and learn how support\, opting in\, and opting out will work throughout the camp. \nNext\, we’ll move into social warm-ups designed to gently build connection and ease nerves. These low-pressure\, guided exercises support meeting one another\, practicing negotiation and boundary-setting\, and getting comfortable in a queer kink learning space. \nThe evening concludes with first steps into kink. We will have introductory discussions and light experiential practices that invite curiosity and get you warmed up for what’s to come. This is about opening the door\, not diving in: exploring what kink can be when approached with consent\, care\, and choice. \n\n7-10pm Camp orientation and getting to know each other\n\nSaturday: restriction & pain\nOn Saturday\, we dive deeper into embodied kink exploration\, focusing on restriction\, s/m\, pain\, and impact play. This day is about researching sensations\, playing with bodies\, and learning practical skills with intention\, safety\, and care. \nThrough a mix of skills-based workshops\, demonstrations\, and guided practice\, we’ll explore topics such as shibari bondage\, restriction\, impact play\, pressure points\, and intensity. \nThere will be opportunities to practice\, observe\, and experience at your own pace\, whether that means trying something hands-on\, receiving\, topping\, bottoming\, switching\, or simply witnessing and reflecting. All activities are optional\, with clear choices and support throughout the day. \nWe invite you to experiment\, feel\, and refine your understanding of how restriction and pain can be playful\, hot\, intense\, grounding\, or transformative\, within a queer-centered container that values communication\, respect\, and agency. \nSaturday will end with an open play space for exploring restriction and sensations\, or to just hang out and be social. \n\n10-12.30 Intro to restriction & rope bondage\n12.30-14 Lunch\n14-17 S/m\, pain & impact play\n17-18 Break\n18-21 Play & social space\n\nSunday: power exchange & fetish\nOn Sunday\, we turn toward the deeper dynamics of desire\, focusing on power exchange and fetish. \nThrough facilitated discussions and experiential exercises\, we’ll explore different forms of power exchange\, from momentary scenes to ongoing dynamics\, and how authority\, surrender\, ritual\, and trust can be consciously negotiated and embodied. \nThe day also opens space for fetish exploration\, honouring the wide range of objects\, roles\, sensations\, and narratives that spark desire. Participants are invited towards curiosity without judgment\, deepen understanding of their own turn-ons\, and experiment in ways that feel exciting and consensual. \nAs the camp comes to a close\, Sunday offers time for integration\, connection\, and reflection\, supporting you in carrying your experiences\, insights\, and desires forward beyond the weekend\, grounded in choice\, care\, and queer community. \nThe camp concludes with a fancy dress-up party\, where all kinks\, fetishes\, and dynamics are welcome. \n\n10-12.30 Power play\, dominance & submission\n12.30-14 Lunch\n14-17 Fetishes\nIntegration time\n17-18 Break\n18-21 Fancy dress-up kink party
