Then join us for a weekend-long deep dive into this fascinating practice. \nTogether we will explore the vastness of rope bondage. We will talk about its history and development\, about the reasons why people like to tie and be tied. We will experience rope on our skin\, first knots and little patterns but also its beauty\, its sensual feeling\, and its techniques. We will also cover safety\, anatomy\, and why on a physical and emotional level tying and being tied can have such a tremendous impact on people. \nCome for curiosity\, get all the info\, stay for the fun\, and play part. You can come alone or partnered\, you can tie on yourself or other people. It is up to you how you approach your weekend of connecting to the practice of rope. \nWe have workshop ropes available so for this first encounter you do not need to purchase any items upfront. \nWhat we will be exploring\n\nLark’s head\, single-column tie and double-column tie\nBasic pattern that you can use for different body parts\nRope handling and tension\nSafety and negotiation\nConnection and communication basics\nWe will play and tie for fun\nHistory of Japanese inspired rope bondage (shibari/kinbaku)
