SUMMARY:Rope in the Air: Transitions\, Movement & Flow
DESCRIPTION:Some people like static suffering in suspension. This class is not for those people. In this workshop we will explore how to bring all the fun movement from the floor up into the air with us. We will start with some warm-up in partial suspension\, using the rope for leverage\, making movement easier. We will then get more structured with some face-up shapes\, trying to find flow and ways of smoothly transitioning from one position to another – even when we run out of physical strength. \nRope in the Air\nYou’ve got your groundwork sorted. Now we take things up — literally. Learn suspension techniques from easy to challenging in these classes offering content from beginner suspensions to pushing limits.
