SUMMARY:Bamboo Leverage : A Single Point Approach
DESCRIPTION:During this class\, Juliette and Olive will guide you in exploring how to tie using bamboo on a single point suspension. We will first tie the body to the bamboo on the floor before lifting the whole structure from the bamboo to go to partial or full suspension and play with nice shapes leverage and sensations. Those kinds of ties are a great way to move away from very closed\, compact positions often found in ring suspensions\, and to discover new perspectives. \nJuliette will demonstrate different ways of attaching the bamboo to the body or integrating it into harnesses\, as well as how to (partially-)suspend it in more vertical positions. She will also focus on adapting ties to each partner in order to create comfort and support within intensity. \n
