DESCRIPTION:What happens when power is guided by intention? When leadership is rooted in clarity\, consent\, and a personal why? \nIn this 3-hour play lab\, participants are invited to explore how power dynamics and intention come together to shape meaningful\, intentional play. Through guided inquiry\, structured exercises\, and reflective moments\, we will examine how hierarchy\, choice\, and desire influence connection. \nCaritia offers questions\, games\, and embodied reflections to support participants in identifying what empowerment means to them—whether through leading\, following\, negotiating\, or co-creating. Together\, we will explore where confidence comes from\, how intentions can be communicated clearly\, and how play can be shaped to support collaboration\, vulnerability\, and mutual enjoyment. \nWhat we will explore:\n\nIdentify and articulate their personal intentions for play\, connection\, and power exchange.\nRecognize how different power dynamics and hierarchies shape experiences of safety\, confidence\, and pleasure.\nPractice communicating intentions clearly and collaboratively\, before and during play.\nExplore leadership and followership as flexible roles rather than fixed identities.\nDevelop greater confidence in choosing\, negotiating\, and adjusting power dynamics in real time.\nReflect on empowerment as an embodied experience\, informed by desire\, boundaries\, and consent.
