DESCRIPTION:This monthly intermediate open rope training is directed at building on what has been taught in the Beginner Open Rope Training. We will dive deeper into topics\, techniques and ideas that give more range and depth to your rope practice. \nTopic of Exploration\nTorsions\nIn this class\, we will explore torsions – shapes where the upper and lower body are rotated in different directions. Ceci will show you options for different skill levels\, and you will choose what you want to explore. You will also get knowledge in safety and what kind of harnesses you need for torsion. You will tie according to your skill level and can either stay completely on the floor\, in semi suspension\, or full suspension.
