We will dive deeper into topics\, techniques and ideas that give more range and depth to your rope practice. \nTopic of Exploration: Modifying harnesses for every body\nCeci will explain principles of how different bodies from soft and bendy to muscular and stiff work in rope. You will practice modifying and tailoring harnesses to the person you are tying\, and get a bunch of information on other body types as well.
