DESCRIPTION:The more we question relationship norms\, the more opportunities evolve to create relationships we really want to live. But the Amount of opportunities can also be quiet overwhelming and sometimes opportunities become pressure and new relationship styles become new norms. Instead of simply looking at all the different styles and their pro’s and con’s we will also consider your own abilities vs. your desires and how your circumstances\, possibilities\, power dynamics and privileges contribute to your choice of relationship style. \nNeither is polyamory a better choice for everyone\, nor is monogamy. We will approach all relationship choices equally and there will be enough space for questions and individual situations you’d like to discuss. \nIn this workshop you will:\n\nIdentify pro’s and con’s to different relationship styles\nLook into your own abilities and what that means in terms of choosing a relationship style\nIdentify your core needs in relationships and things you are willing to sacrifice/let go\nLearn about good and bad compromises in relationships and how to look out for them\nApproach yourself with kindness and softness no matter what kind of relationship style you choose
