Caritia believes honouring\, acknowledging\, and releasing grief can be liberating for all aspects of your body and life. How can the practices of kink intentionally support opening up of self? Supported by the ritual container of collective gathering. \nCaritia invites participants into this collective space to speak to grief as a companion through the body\, acknowledging the challenges and choosing to sit together in compassion. \nWhat we will teach/offer you\n\nbody awareness exercises\nbreath techniques and sounds\ngroup & solo intention setting\nsetting up your space/creating a container\nthe colours of grief\nfeedback & close
