When approached with intention\, play becomes more than experimentation — it becomes a tool for resilience\, creativity\, and deeper relational awareness. \nIn this 2.5-hour workshop\, Caritia invites participants to explore the why behind their play. What draws you to it? What does it support in you? How can playful exploration strengthen trust\, communication\, and self-knowledge? \nTogether\, we’ll look at how intentional play can:\n\n\nDeepen connection \n\n\nIncrease self-awareness \n\n\nStrengthen communication skills \n\n\nBuild emotional resilience \n\n\nExpand pleasure and creativity \n\n\nThrough guided discussion\, reflection exercises\, and interactive practices\, participants will explore how to make their play more conscious\, collaborative\, and fulfilling — whether solo or partnered. \nThis is a space for curiosity\, experimentation\, and joy. \nLet’s take play seriously — and have fun doing it.
