SUMMARY:Delving into Dominance – (Em)Power Playground (LGBTQIA+ & Friends)
DESCRIPTION:You’ve read the books\, joined the discussions\, and explored ideas of power\, consent\, and leadership — now it’s time to bring that knowledge into your body. \n\n\n\nThis guided practice day is for those who already have a foundation in dominance and power dynamics and want to develop more hands-on experience in leading\, directing\, and holding space in play. \n\n\n\nFacilitated by Caritia\, this space welcomes LGBTQIA+ participants and their respectful friends and allies to learn and practice together in an atmosphere of curiosity\, consent\, and mutual respect. You’ll receive gentle guidance\, practical prompts\, and opportunities for reflection and feedback. \n\n\n\nParticipants must attend with a pre-arranged play partner.Come prepared to explore your leadership and dominance in action — and to move from theory into embodied power. \n\n\n\nNote: December 6th Delving into Dominance Playground is for LGBTQIA+ folks only  \n\n\n\nWhat we will do\n\n\n\n\nIntroductions – Meet and greet ice breakers\n\n\n\nDiscussion and intention setting – the what and whys of play\n\n\n\nNegotiation (incorporating intersectionality) – the how\n\n\n\nPlaying intentionally — exploring desires\, presence\, and power.\n\n\n\nCoaching tips and tricks (optional)\n\n\n\nOpen play space\n\n\n\nFeedback and closing circle\n\n\n\n\nParticipants are asked to come prepared and to dress (bring your outfits with you and change at the space) in a way that supports them in embodying their leadership selves. (Karada House is a no-shoe space\, so do keep that in mind.)  \n\n\n\n
