DESCRIPTION:“Pressure points are the lazy dom(mes) and sadists’ very best friends.” – Mamana \nGet ready for the most fun anatomy lesson you never knew you needed\, whilst simultaneously diving into intriguing sensation exploration. A Karada House favourite requiring minimal extras and that can be explored solo\, or with other(s). \nCaritia invites participants to this guided hands-on workshop that defines what Pressure Points are\, where (and how) to find them\, with suggestions for adaptations for different bodies and abilities. Caritia’s aim is to present from a foundation of boundaries\, consent and a framework that cares for each person’s well being. Let’s lusciously explore this dimension of pain and pleasure together. \nWhat we will explore\n\nArrival and introductions – to allow us to know who is gathering\nBoundaries and negotiation – to establish how each person wishes to explore\, within their capacity\nAnatomy – pressure points can potentially be a full-body practice\, and it is important to get to know the what\, where and how\nCare and health – establishing how each person in the constellation is cared for throughout and what to consider before\, during\, and after play.\nHands-on experiences with different sensations – participants will be practising on themselves\, as well as on others.\nFeedback and close – Final questions and cleaning up of the space.
