As we live in our society and form of modern life, we often forget how to connect with other people and also with ourselves. Understanding our boundaries and limitation and even break these limitations helps us to deal with our own emotions and overcome with ourselves. This way we finally learn how to enjoy ourselves and others again/more.
In the Rope & Connection workshop shaman and rigger Ron Hades helps you to use rope as a means to learn more about yourself and connect to others in a soft and consensual way. For Ron this practice is an empowered surrender to vulnerability and a great way of letting go of fear, rage, anger, guilt, shame and self judgement.
In this workshop you will
• do a meditation cleansing ritual
• get friendly with rope & learn basic skills
• learn how to bond with others and yourself
• Understand boundaries and learn intimacy
• play with ropes with a free mind
What you need to know:
Bring comfortable clothes and your own lunch.
All kinds of personal questions are strictly forbidden during the workshop as well as during the breaks. You are to draw a symbol which you feel best resembles you and we will all be called by our symbol rather than by our everyday names. This way we prevent any possibilities of discrimination or judgement and furthermore keep our focus on our emotions, mind and true form of human connection.
