SUMMARY:Preparing for Suspension
DESCRIPTION:“Am I ready to begin suspension?” \nJoin Gestalta this June for an engaging and informative workshop series aimed at helping you to prepare for exploring the world of shibari suspension. Over three weeks\, we’ll dive into the essentials\, making the learning process fun and enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to push your boundaries or simply want to enhance your skills\, this class will prepare you for the next level. \nHarness construction and the principles behind a safe suspension harness may sound complex\, but Gestalta will break it down for you\, covering important safety elements along the way\, and guiding you through the process of attaching suspension lines. \nWhile we won’t be performing full suspensions during the course\, you’ll come away feeling more confident in your understanding of how suspensions work: consider this workshop as a solid foundation for your future adventures. Gestalta’s teaching approach always emphasises the importance of both tops and bottoms gaining a better understanding of each other’s roles. \nThis class will be a great preparation and confidence builder for Gestalta’s next ‘Introduction to Suspension: Weekend Intensive Workshop’ on 29th and 30th July! Gestalta will also begin running a regular ‘Study Group’ on Wednesday evenings starting in July; a fantastic opportunity to continue your journey further. \nEvent Details \nDate & Time:  June 13th\, June 20th & June 27th\, 2023\, 7 pm-9 pm \nFormat: hands-on workshop \nAudience:  LGBTQIA+ & FRIENDS \nLanguage: English \nMinimum Knowledge Level: This course is not open to absolute beginners.
