SUMMARY:Fuck Your Trauma
DESCRIPTION:Very often when people as whether it’s okay or advisable to play with trauma the answer is: don’t. Better not touch it. You will re-traumatize yourself. Wait until you’re “healed”. \nBut here’s the thing: Most of us are already doing it. Whether we are aware of it or not. \nFuck Your Trauma starts by acknowledging that trauma and kink are already in the room together. The question isn’t whether to engage with that but how to do it with more awareness\, more care\, and more curiosity. \nThis is not a workshop with answers. It’s a discussion that reframes the conversation entirely. Away from ideas of brokenness\, re-traumatization and kink as “healing\,” and toward a harm reduction approach that makes space for self-knowledge\, resourcefulness\, and genuine curiosity about what’s actually happening when we play. \nWe’ll look at this structurally\, not personally. No one will be asked to share their traumatic experiences. Instead\, we’ll explore frameworks and ideas for approaching this kind of play in an intentional way. \nThis discussion is NOT recorded so we can speak openly.

SUMMARY:Disruptive Patterns in Relationships and How to Break Them
DESCRIPTION:We all know how it works\, when one seemingly small thing sets of a way bigger conversation and most of the time turns into a conflict. It seemed like something so unimportant\, so random\, so how is it possible that it turned into something so big? \nIt takes courage and curiousness looking at disruptive patterns\, because if we confront ourselves with the story behind them\, there is a lot to unpack. And unpacking patterns can be challenging for many reasons\, most and foremost because we have to question our own role in keeping disruptive patterns alife. Together we can start one step at a time and hopefully end up changing the conversation. \nWhat this workshop will provide you with:\n\nA practical guide on understanding your patterns\nA fresh perspective on how to analyse patterns in order to change them\nTools and ideas for regulating your nervous system in order to take care of your own well being and stay present in a tough conversation\nA unique undestanding about your own pattern roudmap and all the potential paths to explore\nCurious questions and exercises to explore your own role in keeping disruptive dynamics alife\nSpace for your own unique questions about your patterns\nAs usual this workshop will be a well rounded combination of exercises\, presentation and input by Yaniv\, you can as always decide how much you’d like to participate and share

SUMMARY:Monogamy? Poly? or..? Finding Out What Kind of Relationship Style You Want
DESCRIPTION:The more we question relationship norms\, the more opportunities evolve to create relationships we really want to live. But the Amount of opportunities can also be quiet overwhelming and sometimes opportunities become pressure and new relationship styles become new norms. Instead of simply looking at all the different styles and their pro’s and con’s we will also consider your own abilities vs. your desires and how your circumstances\, possibilities\, power dynamics and privileges contribute to your choice of relationship style. \nNeither is polyamory a better choice for everyone\, nor is monogamy. We will approach all relationship choices equally and there will be enough space for questions and individual situations you’d like to discuss. \nIn this workshop you will:\n\nIdentify pro’s and con’s to different relationship styles\nLook into your own abilities and what that means in terms of choosing a relationship style\nIdentify your core needs in relationships and things you are willing to sacrifice/let go\nLearn about good and bad compromises in relationships and how to look out for them\nApproach yourself with kindness and softness no matter what kind of relationship style you choose

SUMMARY:The Promise of Identity
DESCRIPTION:What is identity? What is a kink identity? Who am I and if yes\, why? What are we doing when we identify as? These and more questions are far more important for our daily experience with kink\, intimacy\, relationships\, and sexualities than we might think. \nIn this workshop we are taking a path to a different understanding of identity by deconstructing the terms involved. The promise of identity becomes a model of ourselves as malleable and we can thus create an identity of ourselves that we feel comfortable with. \nThings we cover:\n\ndifferent identities\nentrance rituals\ncategorization and the crisis of identity\nshame\nways out of the crisis of identity\ncreating our own identity

SUMMARY:Radical Anger
DESCRIPTION:Let’s take it from Maya Angelou. \nLet’s find transformational energies for transformative times. \nThe present-day and historical views that society has on anger are not ones Caritia feels are in anyone’s best interest\, and a number of scholars and psychologists agree. \nThere are rarely spaces or places where anger can be freely and openly expressed\, and there is no room to speak about anger. Caritia invites participants to join in this intentionally held container to speak on and offer guided practices to get to know and understand their own anger\, where it comes from\, and how they can find ways to embrace this poorly understood and complex sensation. \nCaritia will share from personal experiences and offer tools\, care and practical methods to encourage you to explore yourself and your needs with more intention. \nThis class offers \n\nSpace to discover understanding about anger\nIdentifying what boundaries there are\, how they came to be and bringing light to them\ntapping into the emotional body\nShared space for perspectives of shadows – for self and group reflection\nSound as a resource for reaching emotions\nCare\, intention setting and space holding for anger\n\nThis class is for\n\nAnyone seeking to (re)discover their anger\nFolks holding shame\, blockages or numbing to their anger\nFolks curious about supportive tools for processing anger from a de-colonial and neurodiverse inclusive lens\nThis event is for LGBTQIA+ & Friends

SUMMARY:Trauma Basics for Facilitators in Sexuality and Kink Spaces
DESCRIPTION:When facilitating adult groups on topics related to sexuality and kink\, with a focus on practical experimentation and action\, we often bring our whole selves to the table. Our experiences\, our ability to regulate ourselves\, our interest and passion for sexuality and kink topics. When the focus is on fun\, experimentation and experience\, we often have a curious and eager group in front of us. The adults in front of us also bring their entire history and embodied biography with them. The more they are part of a minority\, the more minority stress and often bad experiences\, discrimination and distrust they bring with them. When it comes to sexuality\, we can assume that there is always at least one person in the group who has experienced sexualised violence. Many people have had experiences in their lives that have the potential to cause trauma. None of our various offerings are trauma therapy\, but rather educational offerings. \nAlexander Hahne\, gay trans man\, trainer and speaker for trans-specific topics in the field of sexual health\, sex educator\, somatic counselor\, sexuality focussed bodyworker\, systemic sex therapist\, dancer and pleasure activist. Leader of workshops and individual counselling on the topics of body awareness\, intimacy and sexuality. He works in the field of sexuality for about 20 years with almost 15 years of facilitation in pleasure and kink spaces. With his work he directly support them in their own experience of the body as well as the possibility of uncovering and using access to their own pleasurable potential. \nWhat happens in the workshop?\n\nInput on embodiment\, trauma basics\, nervous system regulation in educational settings\nBrief insight into trauma-related disorders\nSimilarities\, differences\, boundaries and limitations of trauma therapy work and educational\, exploratory settings\nTheoretical input and practical exercises on up- and down-regulation of the nervous system in educational settings\nIn-depth exploration of your somatic markers and practising self-regulation\nInsights into group dynamics and minority stress when working with queer people\, for example\nReflection on methods and personal guidance in small groups\, followed by evaluation

SUMMARY:Repairing Kink Ruptures – What to Do When Things Go Wrong
DESCRIPTION:Things will go wrong in kink. Miscommunication\, emotional overwhelm\, consent slips\, physical mishaps\, or simply mismatched expectations — ruptures are a real risk in when working with intensity\, vulnerability\, and power exchange. \nThis workshop focuses on what happens after the moment shit hits the fan. \nWe’ll explore how to recognize rupture as it’s happening\, how to pause without escalating harm\, and how to repair connection in ways that build trust rather than erode it. Drawing on principles from restorative and transformative justice\, we’ll look beyond blame and punishment toward accountability\, repair\, and the possibility of doing things differently. \nWhat does it mean to take responsibility in a kink context? How do we respond to harm without collapsing into defensiveness or exile? And how can repair processes strengthen our dynamics and communities? \nExpect discussion\, guided reflection\, and practical frameworks you can apply in scenes\, relationships\, and shared spaces. This is not about avoiding mistakes\, it’s about learning how to respond to them with care\, clarity\, and integrity. \nWhat to expect\n\nFrameworks for recognizing different types of rupture (communication breakdowns\, consent issues\, emotional harm)\nTools for pausing\, de-escalating\, and responding in the moment without making things worse\nApproaches to accountability and repair\nExploration of common defensive patterns (avoidance\, blame\, shutdown) and how to move through them\nWays to rebuild trust after things go wrong\n\nWho should join\n\nPeople practicing kink who want to handle mistakes and missteps more skillfully\nTops\, bottoms\, and switches interested in building safer\, more resilient dynamics\nAnyone who has experienced or caused a rupture and wants better tools for repair\nCommunity organizers\, hosts\, teachers\, or facilitators navigating conflict and harm\nThose open to engaging with accountability\, rather than avoiding or outsourcing it

SUMMARY:Reimagining Connection - What is Relationship Anarchy?
DESCRIPTION:What if relationships didn’t have to follow a script? \nRelationship anarchy invites us to question the norms we’ve inherited about love\, intimacy\, commitment\, and hierarchy. Instead of placing relationships into predefined categories\, it asks: what feels true\, consensual\, and meaningful for you? \nThis discussion-based workshop offers a welcoming space to explore these ideas together. Through guided conversation and reflection\, Caritia supports participants in unpacking assumptions\, sharing perspectives\, and imagining new ways of relating—grounded in autonomy\, honesty\, and care. \nWhether you’re deeply familiar with relationship anarchy or simply curious\, you’re invited to join a collective inquiry into what connection can look like when we let go of rigid expectations. \nWhat we’ll explore together:\n\nThe core principles of relationship anarchy and how they differ from traditional relationship models\nHow social norms and conditioning shape our expectations around love\, sex\, and commitment\nNavigating autonomy\, boundaries\, and responsibility in non-hierarchical relationships\nCommunication practices that support clarity\, and mutual respect\nThe challenges and possibilities of building relationships without predefined rules\n\nNote: \nThis is a discussion-based workshop with optional sharing. All experiences and perspectives are welcome. No prior knowledge is needed—just curiosity and respect for others.

SUMMARY:Befriending Jealousy
DESCRIPTION:Jealousy is a mystery. Usually we don’t talk about it and even less often we try to decode the complex structure and put it down from its terrifying throne. In the most guidebooks it is being characterized as a negative and evil „feeling“. As a result most people feel bad and get the feeling that they are failing. \nNot in this workshop. \nBy decoding what stands behind jealousy\, we can encounter and approach our fears and anxieties. The focus will lie on a first meeting between you and your jealousy. The most important questions will be: What falls under jealousy? What are the broad categories of jealousy? And how can I get a little closer to a „befriending jealousy“ approach? \n\n\n\nIn this workshop you will:\n\n\n\nGet the chance to understand and decode your jealousy through different exercises and individual work\nDevelop a befriending approach to jealousy and hopefully a softer approach to yourself and your inner world\nLearn the important difference between jealousy and envy\nLearn tools on how to navigate your jealousy
