Our intro class to impact & pain processing for Queers & Womxn gives you a thorough introduction into:

• types of impact play

• differences in pain (levels)

• hormones, body functions and all that jazz

• pain processing methods

• consent, negotiations & communication

• aftercare

What to consider & what to bring:

Please assess your body abilities and health situation thoroughly. This workshop can be an intense experience, both physically and mentally and only you can estimate if this is right for you. While we cover safety aspects everything at the event happens at your own risk. Feel free to bring impact objects and partners that consent to working with you.
